Hectic Life. =[

January was a busy month , but a magnificent start for the awesome year ahead.

Well, Form 5 will be an interesting year to recall years later.
Lessons were tough and heavy, similar with the piles of homework given.
However, it was equally balanced with the amount of fun that I could dig out from all the leftovers of 148 hours in a week.

Since Chinese New Year was only shortly after the school reopens,
no one was in the mood for any intense teaching and learning.

After enduring the first month, I notice I still have big rooms for improvement in stop procrastinating.
It needs to come to a stop. For real. : (
That'll be my 11th new year resolution:

After a long chat with my previous mentor from Brunei,
I found out a lot has changed drastically.
Things, places, events and most importantly PEOPLE.

Yes, people do change.
They change either when they learn something new or they are too hurt to stay intact. 
Change for good is pleasant. But not all changes bring positive outcomes.
That's why change is hard, but giving up is not an option because Rome wasn't built in a day.
People can endure difficulties and obstacles because hope was there to sustain one's goal.
But what if one has to struggle in a depressing environment for a long period ?
HOPE fades slowly. Especially when you're all on your own.
So, their goals will too change to fit in with their needs.

What happens if those important persons in your life discourage you?
Life gets more challenging.
People can say one thing at this moment , and say another a moment later.


For teenagers,
Pursuit for a partner has been a competition that no one wants to lose.
How can one survive with their peers all having one to themselves when you're the only one single?

FOREVER ALONE :P

Decency in life seems to fade slowly with the brisk advancement in technology and mass media coverage.

Elders cannot blame the younger generations for what they assume as exotic behaviours,
Because they are severely influenced by the realistic environment around them.
 
I'll just end here.
